Senior Software Developer | Java | Kotlin | Spring

I have more than 8 years of working experience in Developing Enterprise Applications in environments like Telecomunications, Banking, Cyber Security and Healthcare, using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

I worked in three countries - Italy, The Netherlands, Germany -  to the high satisfaction of my superiors and clients. Through my organized and efficient work, I manage to deliver high quality results/services while adapting to fit new environments and requirements, learning along new procedures and following strict deadlines. I'm very organized person and I like to plan my time in detail.

Throughout the projects I worked on, I participated in architectural and technical design decisions to find solutions to solve problems but also to mentor younger colleagues and to integrate them into the project.

I have experience in Software Requirement Specification Documentation and gathering all the requirements related to product, working close with the Tester and Product Owner to decide the acceptance criteria and to find the corner cases for a feature.

My personal experience in Linux Systems gives me the opportunity to sometimes help DevOps teams on configuring the build/deploy tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Kibana or Jagger.

I'm highly motivated and enthusiastic to bring my knowledge and contribution to the improvement of projects with good analytical, strategic planning and communication skills.

At the beginning of my career, I used to be a FullStack Developer, using Java technologies for the frontend implementation - Wicket, PrimeFaces or IceFaces - and in the last years I've been concentrating only on the backend implementation using technologies as Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot (with all its frameworks), PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Docker.

For every implementation I write unit tests/integration tests, and I'm documenting the complex features or the research which I'm doing for some specific sub-domain.

I’m fun of Football, Tennis and Snooker. I like to keep my life healthy and do sports like running, hiking, tennis, cycling and skiing. I'm really in love with everything related to technology and I like to keep myself updating with cutting edges technologies. That's why my job is my hobby.
