Taylor Wessing is a global law firm that provides comprehensive legal services to businesses and individuals worldwide. As a member of the Athene project team, my work involves the digitisation of the entire business process, from client and matter creation to the final invoice. To achieve this goal, we are working with SAP S/4 HANA in cooperation with the consulting firm KPS. This extensive project includes recording the actual processes with the business side, and we have already prepared a coexistence of the existing systems and SAP (Release I).
Our next step is Release II, which involves a complete transfer of the operative business into SAP.
