Managed infrastructure during a significant transformation project, overseeing the transition from an incumbent outsourcing partner while concurrently establishing a new datacenter from the ground up. Led the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and purchasing to standardization, compliance definition, design, construction, testing, and deployment of a comprehensive hyperconverged infrastructure in a dedicated datacenter environment. Post-completion, shifted focus to implement the new client concept based on the Microsoft Modern Workplace standard, emphasizing the modernization of client infrastructure and work processes.
