Max is a well experienced Product Manager with 15+ years of successfully connecting the business departments in various domains with their IT/development partners, to ensure that the right features get built - solving the critical customer problems.
On two projects, Max led the go-to-market of a MVP from the start: A brand-new SaaS platform to manage water quality data and its related data production processes, and to replace a legacy CRM system, specifically focused on the sports/ticketing market. A good share of Business Analysis to get to those very customer problems, and to figure out how those could be solved together with the development team, has been a key part of pretty much all of Max's recent projects. A Masters degree in Computer Science (Munich, LMU) as well as a few years of hands-on development experience give Max a solid understanding of how software is build - which is critical in talking to developers, and ensuring that specifications match what technology can do. As a good balance, Max has gained deep business experience in 5 years of Product management for large, international software projects. These two aspects together form a broad, versatile background that is key in tackling complex software projects - from initial design and specification to implementation and go-live.
