AppLike GmbH * Lead a half-year project to predict revenue and optimise marketing
budgets, which doubled the margin share of daily revenue
permanently.
o Co-developed with a data scientist in Spark and Python, and
later I helped the 12 person backend team implement the
actual predictions into the Go- and PHP-segments of the
Backend.
* Working with the managing directors, I identified two distinct
high-value customer segments, who needed different targetings and
which were successfully addressed with additional AppLike apps.
* Trained one full-time employee and one working student in SQL,
Python, invoicing (generation and audit specifics), reporting
* Developed an automatic anomaly detection on marketing KPIs
making work for marketing more efficient
* Developed the "Impact Plots", i.e. daily revenue is split up into more
easily actionable KPIs, e.g. "of these 1000€ revenue growth we see
500€ grew by number of users, 750€ because our prices grew, but we
also had to pay 250€ more to acquire users."
o Designed cooperatively with the Head of Sales and her 6
person team.
* Advised a master's thesis "Synthetically Generating Fraudulent App
User Behaviour" with Generative Adversarial Neural Networks, which
was successfully completed in July 2019
