I have over 18 years of experience working in SAP R/3.  Most of my work has been in technical development as a Developer or Development Manager, Release Manager, or Change Manager.  I have worked in many project implementations and upgrades.  Well experienced in ABAP development across all major SAP R/3 modules and also good knowledge in SAP IS Retail.   
I am self-motivated, capable and an experienced professional, who is a strong team player and also a leader, who can share knowledge and experience with a wider team.

For the last 11 years I have been involved in a very large global SAP project.  I am part of a global project called Powermax(PMx).  The purpose of this project is to have one single global template SAP solution rolled out to every location of GE in the power sector.  My current position within my department is ‘SAP Delivery Group Manager’ and `SAP Global Release Manager`.  Project rollout to date is 46 countries  and 25k users.  

Managed internal and external Development & Release Management teams across Switzerland, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Brazil, United States, and India.  Total team size from 65 to 80 resources.


My activities consist of, distributing work to individual resources based on skillset and experience, ensure on time delivery and quality of work, report on progress to senior management, propose new processes, improvements to existing processes, eliminate bottlenecks, plan shift work to maximise work delivered in the build windows.  In summary, I am in charge of managing the day to day development activities of my team.


Single point of contact for Forms in GE PMx which includes SapScript, Smartforms, and Adobe PDF Forms, currently over 250 Forms.  Modernise the Forms that were being used at GE by moving from old SapScript technology and also Smartforms to the newest technology of Forms, Adobe PDF Forms. 


As the SAP Global Release Manager, I plan the monthly and quarterly releases, I manage all Transports, I create a release plan, I manage all Cutover and Technical Go Live activities, I hold weekly project meetings and communicate to the entire project team, I govern all Release Management topics.

I worked in the Client Services department supporting Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment(WDSHE), and Disney Interactive Studios(DIS) with their manufacture and distribution of Blue-Ray and DVDs and digital games. My role was MM Analyst looking after the MM module of their European SAP System(ESCO).
I joined the team as an ABAP Developer to be trained into an MM Techno Functional Analyst.

My day to day activities included:
Monitoring and dealing with problems related to SAP EDI and Unix Jobs using
UniCentre Software.
Analyse data from attached files sent in emails by background jobs, mainly for the
Production Order process.
Monitored Transaction COGI and ensuring no stored backflush errors for Purchase
Orders and Production Orders to ensure orders were sent out. Investigate and
identify errors and communicate to relevant countries to fix them.
I Supported incident management using Touchpaper Call Centre Ticket Software.
