Project scope: Within the project it was necessary to audit the developed solution on the SAP BI system and to propose options of SAP HCM->SAP BI optimizing data downloading speed as well as the operation speed increase of BExAnalyzer reports.

Project scope:  Development of the methodology, the conceptual design and a set of technical documentation of the functional system unit on the SAP BW platform that calculate the income tax according to the form of the Russian Federation 2NDFL and 6NDFL. The project scope included the description of the data importing from 16 source systems in various formats (SAP ERP, non-SAP XML, CSV), their consolidation, calculation, display, uploading in the form of XML / Excel reports for state tax inspections. Additionally the project scope included the description of the necessary functionality for the system monitoring.

Project description: Analytical system development base on SAP Business Objects. Within the project there was a sales analyzing system implemented (based on SAP ERP data, modules MM, SD, TOPO, FI, DMS), managers performance analysis on the database of ORACLE Siebel CRM (deals, contractors, contacts, products, activity), analysis of dealers network activity (SAP Enterprise Portal, 1С, CSV, Excel data). Bidirectional data exchange was implemented SAP ERP<>SAP BW<>Oracle Siebel, integration of user interfaces Oracle Siebel, SAP BO, SAP ERP (Webdynpro). As an enterprise data warehouse, SAP BW system was used. Within the project, the reporting was implemented with the use of SAP BO DesignStudio, WEB Intelligence, BO Explorer, WEB OLAP Analysis, Bex Analyzer.

Project description: Within the project, an analytical reporting system was developed and implemented from scratch on the platform SAP BW on HANA and SAP BO. Base of enterprise data warehouse is a multi-cube, which contains all the others cubes with data of all company spheres. This approach allows business analysts to prepare complicated reports on all company spheres without technical specialists’ assistance. Developed enterprise data warehouse consists of more than 30 cubes, as the source systems SAP ERP ECC 6.0, SAP ERP Retail, SAP HR, POSDMBW, 1C, Oracle SQL are used. More than 70 reports SAP BO Analysis were prepared on the base of this warehouse. For remote user access, SAP BO server was deployed. Due to this server the access to WEB Intelligence reports was provided (more than 20 web-reports, among them there are geoanalysis reports implemented). Due to this service pre-configured reports delivery to more than 200 addressees was set up. For convenient research and analysis of data, SAP BO Explorer functional was used and more than 10 spaces on the key performance indicators were set up (production, wholesale and retail trade, purchases, costs, financial and management reporting). On the base of statistics, pace of sales forecast mechanism was implemented in consideration of turnover seasonality in this sphere. Also the tools for input, consolidation and coordination of the annul business plans were developed.
