The Managed Cloud Assurance Board (MCAB) exists to verify Cloud solutions can be implemented by
Cloud Delivery in the required timeframes.
Any exceptions to standard Cloud offerings are identified (if not identified by the Solution Architect) and
analyzed by the MCAB Architect. Coordinating with Cloud Delivery, exceptions may be rejected,
alternatives identified, or accepted.
The MCAB coordinates committed delivery dates for Cloud solutions. For standard offering solutions,
committed delivery dates based on resource availability are identified. For solutions with exceptions, the exceptions are addressed prior to a committed delivery date being identified.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation of Business processes as per the requirement using IBM BPM.

The ICDP platform will incorporate a customer relationship perspective into
Presentation, decisioning and maintenance processes, including the entire customer's personal and Small Business accounts to create a customer -centric view. This will improve the accuracy of credit decisions and reduce risk. In addition, further consolidation of lending platforms will reduce the cost to perform end to-end processing/decisioning, and increase flexibility for the line of business to react to changing economic trends quickly and improve speed-to-market for processes and new products. This effort will focus on incorporating the Consumer Account Management Portfolio onto IBPM and ensuring that IBPM appropriately communicates to the BLAZE decision engine. The Project Goal is to replace the existing OMNI platform currently used in Consumer Account Management with the
Integrated Credit Decisioning Platform implemented for Small Business. The ICDP
Platform will be enhanced to support Consumer and Emerging Credit products.

TYCO - PSC Vendor Management Application                    July’2012 – Jun’2013

 
PSC-Vendor Management Application is the workflow solution provided to Tyco, to introduce a Third Party for doing business with Tyco. The workflow is triggered when a Business Sponsor, Coordinator or Operations initiates a third user party application from their Dashboard in the system. In the work flow, the application will go through several reviews, approvals and levels of investigation before a third party is approved. The approvals and the levels of investigations are determined by various factors.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Involved in various stages of the project life cycle design, development and enhancement of the application.
  • Mapping the business requirements to the business process modeling specifications and detailed design documentation
  • Used Savvion BPM Studio 7.5 for modeling.
  • Used iBatis Persistence framework for accessing Oracle 9i database.
  • Used Savvion Server 7.5 for deploying process flow applications.
  • Also developed Web components such as JSP, JavaScript, CSS and HTML for user interfacing in the application.
  • Developed applications using agile methodologies and best coding practices, including TDD
  • Performed code merge, deployment and integration testing.

Priority Health                                                                May’2011 – June’2012

 
This is an End-To-End (E2E) design for the Authorization Automation solution for Authorization department of Priority Health and PAAS application replaces the manual activity of Prior-Authorization submission using the BPM solution provided by Savvion Product.
The PAAS application will be made available to Providers as well as internal users of Priority Health.
Currently Authorizations are obtained from priority health by sending a fax to priority health, priority health auth assistant/nurse will then key in the authorization into Facets and then Authorization decision is taken by nurse/medical director and updated into Facets. Authorizations are approved, declined or pended based on the coverage criteria manually.
Goal of the PAAS Application is to automate the entire authorization process described for certain services.
 
PAAS application will provide functionality for
  • Submit authorizations.
  • Auto Approve/Pend authorizations.
  • Retrieve Authorization from Common Queues.
  • Approve/Pend authorizations.
  • View Authorizations.
  • Route Authorizations.
  • Reporting capabilities of authorizations submitted.

This project provides the automation of the employee claims and advance claims for re-imbursement in Yes Bank, maintains the supporting documents etc along with complete summary and audit reports. It handles the approval matrix and delegation of work will be set using the system which makes easier way to regularize the work and maintain the policies. The complete history of the claims applied, approved, rejected etc. are maintained in the system along with expense category and sub category.

Financial institutions must be able to select from a new class of account processing software products with a UI architecture that facilitates delivery integration flexibility, multiple deployment options product speed to market support.
Metavante can penetrate this marketplace with the development of a Global Banking Platform. The Global Banking Platform will be built on a sound architectural strategy that delivers integration and deployment flexibility through component application functions.
