Responsible for the outsourcing trajectory of SAP HCM support Belgium, part of a European roll-out. The job consists of preparing the smooth transition of the HR support, including documentation management, transition workshops, Business Blueprint review, cut-over, hyper-care, shadow support and final sign-off. As project manager, the role consists of liaisoning between local HR, IS and third party vendor.
Other tracks include:
- Upgrade of a third party payroll interface via sFTP for inbound (Finance) and outbound (HR) data (PU12 interface toolbox),
- Implementation of SAP HR Payroll and Time Management (Positive Time, TMW) and clocking systems (Kaba) in manufacturing plant,
- SAP HR ALE and Idoc interface with central SAP instance.
- Development of SharePoint repository and follow up SAP transport system with Rev-Trac.
