The roles and responsibilities are straight driven towards delivering results - conduct analyses and
develop insights, lead and drive workshops, capture as-is processes, prepare work plans, design to-be
processes, support project lead, work directly with client teams and facilitate meetings to enable
decision making, organize and write recommendations on client issues, thought leadership and firm
building activities.
Major accomplishments:
* Identified new business development opportunities for this management and technology
consulting firm; analyzed business processes to identify areas of reducing operating costs and
improving efficiencies; recommended and implemented new technology solutions; and trained
staffs how to utilize new technology to reach their business goals.
* Spearhead the project. Interact with client, work on gathering client requirements, provide
estimates and work on deciding project timelines.
* Assign tasks to the team, review the tasks and ensure that the deliverable are prepared to
satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule
* Play key role in motivating and mentoring the team and perform year end appraisals and
provide feedback to the team
* Other miscellaneous tasks includes preparing weekly status reports, conducting team meetings,
conflict resolutions, approving leaves and managing team training's etc.
* Added value to the business by turning a "Paper and Pen" organization into a completely
automated recruiting office by formalizing all business processes into an integrated database.
