Set-up and management of a controlling department (70 Mio CHF turnover p.a., 300 FTEs, 9 group companies) • Line responsibility up to 3 employees • Development and implementation of KPIs to control the company and measure service quality • Introduction and execution of contribution margin and cost unit accounting and evaluation of a tool for further automation • Planning and execution of the budget process: plausibility check and coordination of the results with the division managers, CFO and CEO. • Introduction and execution of monthly forecasting with focus on: Revenue at client engagement level, capacity and workload planning. • Establishment of a team in the Shared Service Center and transformation of selected controlling processes

Team leadership in the support of customer projects, team responsibility up to 4 employees. Project example: Start-up of a service company • conception of the financial processes • Outsourcing of central purchasing of a major Swiss bank to a newly founded company with an annual purchasing volume of 9 billion CHF • Evaluation of the outsourcing and calculation of the business case • Design of the financial processes and evaluation of the tools
