Owner which after 6 years the monthly active users have been raised to 17m users in 2021 from
the 200k users in 2016.
* Work closely with product management and different stakeholders to create a product that fits
the company portfolio and prioritize activities based on stakeholders' needs, business impact
and customer requests.
* Specify the scope and define product backlog items (epics/features/user stories) and guide the
Agile software development team as a product owner in the Scrum team which leads to deliver
new requests in a 2-week sprint time-boxed. Generally, I managed 140 sprints in 6 years.
* With the help of the BI (Business Intelligent) team, analyze the customer behavior and find
out the bottlenecks and barriers in the customer journey. Based on that started to redesign
the whole UX of the application which led to a 30% increase in revenue in less than a year.
* Handling the development of different features and services based on customers' needs and
market gap and try to have a comprehensive point of view ranging from the technical side, UI
UX design, and customer point of view which result in a better NPS score from 4 scores to 4.7
on MyIrancell application during the 6 years.
