Ever since I have finished my masters in psychology I have been involved in professional activities such as trainings, coachings, facilitation, self-organisation and agility. I have worked with big corporates (BMW, RTL, VW, Dussmann) but also with smaller organisations, such as NGOs.
Through that experience I have become a good agile coach who challenges the status quo and knows how to be and not just make agile.
I am positive and transparent person who also enjoys team work and appreciates humor.
I am an experienced and certified scrum master who has worked with several teams including scaled environments and sometimes not IT-related teams. I can facilitate workshops, do individual coachings with the team members but I can also be an active teamplayer of the agile chapter and I am also happy to propose constructive ideas based on the current struggles.
