Holding full and e2e ownership and responsibility of all digital and IT Management topics; Digital strategy,
systems, business processes, solutions, applications and infrastructure. This involves the whole service life cycle
from strategy to design through transformation to operation and managed service. As CIO of Sudatel group also
responsible for same scope on group level for Chinguitel Mauritania and Expresso Senegal.
Main professional Accomplishments:
* Development of Digital Strategy for Sudatel group
* Successfully execution of major Oracle ERP system for the whole group including the HR, Supply Chain and
Finance modules (expenses >10 M USD). The system was then upgraded to the Oracle Fusion on Cloud
latest version.
* Modernization and upgrade of main Business Supporting System for online charging & billing of Sudatel to
the latest version 5.5(8M USD and 15 M subscribers). And Complete modernization of OSS/BSS system in
Chinguitel Mauritania (value 7 M USD)
