During the years I have been working with accounting, financial management, controlling, IT projects, staff management, project management, change management, developing company strategies and as board member.
Today I am a self-employed consultant within the areas Management, strategy, lean, Finance, HR, and ERP, Main tasks as consulting is within IFS finance, project, and Maintenance. I have worked with ERP system IFS for 13 years, 9 years as customer and 4 years as consultant. I have on several occasions worked as project manager for implementing ERP systems or as project manager on business de development cases for the companies I worked in.
In my previously employment has some of the duties been, financial statements, project management, production accounting, sales reporting, all aspects of controlling, optimization and implementation of policies and principles, developing strategies, optimization of processes and procedures, management of people national and abroad.
I have a strong focus on the commercial part, both strategically and in practice. Where I have worked with acquisitions or establishment of sales companies in many different countries in the world, also US, this include development of new markets, negotiating of OEM or strategic agreements, preparation of new sales channels through dealer or agent.
In addition to these various tasks, I have worked with, I will highlight my knowledge about IFRS, J-SOX, US-GAAP, Transfer pricing, establishment of KPI, sourcing, Business development, Consolidated accounting, strategy, and people management, I desire to work in multicultural companies and work with establishment or acquisitions of companies abroad.
As the above tasks require Major IT knowledge and outstanding IT skills, which on daily basis must be applied and developed. I consider these skills to be a natural part of my work. Many of the companies I have worked in have found themselves in a complex IT world in continued development. During my employments I have been a participant or leader of many IT-projects within finance, management, logistics, strategic analysis within ERP, and implementation of Management Information Systems.
During the years I have worked with leadership of specialists and find this job exciting and educational, because it includes the requirements for personal leaderships as vel as professional management. I have never doubted my own ambitions, or the professional level for both me and the company. Thus, I expect a high level of professionalism and quality from me and the entire organization, not at least to be seen in the propriety of decisions, communication, processes, and performing of tasks both from myself and from my employees.
I would describe myself as a dedicated and initiative person. I work hard, structured, and persistent with tasks associated with my job. Furthermore, it is important for me to view complex issues as favorable and professional challenges and solve them in the correct way with a good humor in the daily work. Additionally, it is important for me to improve my skills in my profession as well as being part of a management team that creates the way forward for the company.
My desire is to fulfill a leading position in an international company, where I can combine managerial responsibility, within my professional field, and more broadly defined management tasks within the operational and personnel management as well as in collaboration with the management team to work determined with the company's strategies and development opportunities.
