Analysis of Business Processes and interview to business users in order to identify gaps in existing tools functionalities
and gather requirements needed to design new SAP custom reports or to improve existing ones.
Design, coordination and testing of SAP custom reports and interfaces to enable or facilitate the daily activities of
logistics, administration and operations teams.
Organization, use cases preparation and training during Workshops aimed to educate business users to the usage of the
SAP reports and user interfaces.
Duties Example
Serial Number Management - Definition of process and procedures involving the usage of a serial number within the
sales process of IT asset to stores worldwide.
Billing Monitor - SAP custom report allowing Business users from Logistics department to monitor and analyse sales of
IT asset to stores worldwide.
Promotion Management UI - user interface aimed to simplify the daily activities of the Operations team in uploading,
changing and monitoring promotions dispatched to stores worldwide.
Couponing Management Solution : improvements to the interface responsible for replicating offers from SAP CAR to
cash tills (GK) and webshop (magento) in order to allow the usage of coupons valid across all sales channel.
