PROFILE
An experienced leader, facilitator and consultant, Guenther is a dynamic professional, with a strong background in business and IT transformation, process optimisation and organisational change.
Guenther developed his 18 years of professional career from consulting  in various industries and regions in Europe into an in-house consulting position in Telecommunication in Middle East and then moved to Dubai Airports in the role as Head of Corporate Development to lead corporate transformation programmes for all people, process, technology changes in the organization. After 5 years in Middle East he relocated back to Europe and consults clients in business and technology driven transformation along the entire programme and project management lifecycle.
 
Guenther’s experience has been gained in both strategic and delivery roles for a variety of sectors, including Airport and Aviation (Dubai Airports, Munich Airport), Telecommunication (Deutsche Telekom, du (Mobile Service Provider), ICT (T-Systems), Travel and Transportation (TUI), Automotive (BMW) and Media (CNBC).
 
Certified in Scrum (PSMI) MSP, PMI, ITIL and agile PM he continuously develops his skill set with best practice methodologies and technology know how in ERP workflows/processes & systems e.g. S/4HANA.
Additionally, Guenther is a passionate and well-rounded executive with proven leadership and stakeholder management on executive level, capable of working in challenging and cross-cultural environments.
