Novartis started the M&A program “Orbit” to do a strategic review and plan execution for carving out its Generics division Sandoz. I was working in the workstream for ERP separation (“Andromeda”), primarily supporting the Project Manager.

In the M&A carve-out project "PoP" to separate Arxada from Lonza I was responsible for the separation and migration of the SAP PO landscape from Lonza to Arxada.

Daimler decided to outsource IT services to Infosys. In the "TAF" program for transitioning the operations of Data Centers (incl. assets, contracts, services and FTE) from Daimler to Infosys I was working as Service Transition Manager and Service Manager for plant Rastatt, acting as the „one face to the customer“.

In the M&A "Helix IT" program I was working in PMO, coordinating multiple separate projects within this program.

In the M&A “JEDI” program to carve-out Alcon from Novartis I was responsible for Tollgate Management for the separation of key Enterprise Asset ERP applications.

In the M&A "JEDI" program to carve-out Alcon from Novartis I was leading the data extraction team ("Books & Records").

• Leading activities to select right amount of business data for extraction

Sandoz was running a global SAP rollout program “SHAPE” in 30+ countries. In the central Global Layer organization, I was supervising and consulting projects with focus on interfaces in SAP XI (GxP, SOX, CSV).

• Consulting all projects in the area of interfaces

Sandoz was running a global SAP rollout program “SHAPE”. For country USA I was the onsite team lead for developments.
