Documentation of as-is and to-be process flows based on OUM methodology and identify best practice approach and gap analysis. Preparation and execution of test scenarios, Key User Training, System Setup, Data Conversion Functional specification, unit testing of end to end processes and system integration. Facilitating efficient off-shore resource usage by bridging time zone differences and provisioning of approved customer specifications.
