  • Established project management for a corporate led Patient Support Program (PSP) which was localized and deployed within countries. Built up a requirements management approach to integrate specific needs for in scope countries. Integrated and managed a third-party SaaS vendor responsible for solution design, build & testing. Created a standardized plan which could be applied for each country deployment. Designed demo/testing sessions.

  • Supported the development of a company-wide Digitalization Strategy. Offshore Engineering Improvements
  • Managed european and offshore representatives (Mobile, Alabama, USA) in order to clearly identify improvement opportunities. Drove requirements definition from a process, systems, and organizational point of view. Subsequent strategy, and supporting business case, was sponsored by the CIO and improvement initiatives were launched.
PDM/DMU Systems Robustness
  • As PMO, conducted transnational workshops to determine process and systems improvement opportunities, conducted “As-Is” analysis of the issues, established monitoring, defined improvement objectives, initiated and tracked improvements. Project eliminated 20% downtime of the engineering environment which impacted 5,000+ engineers.
Electrical Process Plateau
