My client require a Senior Manager to deliver actionable insights to measure digital marketing attribution and campaign optimisation.

My client is increasing the impact of marketing spend on digital campaigns by leading work across digital consumer experience, eCommerce and brand categories. They require an Analytics Expert, Programme Manager (senior manager) with marketing experience to be at the front of driving ransformation.

Job Profile

  • Responsible for improving the framework to measure digital marketing attribution across all digital platforms and channels
  • Generate true insights to support campaign optimisation
  • Lead the analysis of brand campaigns, media choice and allocation on business performance
  • To improve website analytics and PPC initiatives
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, to improve SEO positions for target keywords to maximise the impact of marketing spend
  • Define and continuously improve the Digital Analytics Media strategy and roadmap
  • To Ensure availability of quality data, for all digital marketing initiatives in particular across social, web and mobile
  • Establish an integrated reporting framework
  • Drive the change to establish a "fact based" culture in the digital space
  • Build strong internal and external network for maintaining edge expertise

Necessary Experience

You must have...

  • Expert experience and knowledge of technical and creative aspects of digital, social and mobile
  • Expert experience with web analytics and social analytics
  • Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools
  • Experience of communicating complex topics clearly and effectively to a non-analytical audience
  • Strong Project/Programme Management skills
  • Experience in analytics within a digital consumer facing context, either agency or client (brand)
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Good knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • International experience, ideally in consumer goods environment

This is a fantastic role for a major global brand. It is working within a global context and will be responsible for providing insight and analytic management for global brand campaigns.
