Our client, a leading advertising agency, is looking for experienced JavaScript developers, who are passionate about software development and building modern web applications.
The current platform, built with cutting edge technology, is processing around 2 billion inbound advertising queries per day. The successful candidate is a technologist and innovator who brings passionate inquisitiveness, primary research, and forward thinking to every assignment.
Daily activities will include developing solutions to User Story based requirements, mentoring more junior developers, engaging positively on the Scrum Team, building software to pass automated acceptance tests and delivery of Sprint commitments. The JavaScript developer will share responsibility for all team deliverables, and will favour informal communications with Product Owners and with other stakeholders within our company.
Job description
*Build a responsive UI for our new SaaS platform using AngularJS.
*Interact with our Data Engineers to develop innovative ways of visualizing huge amounts of data.
*Work in an agile environment
*Work together with the product management team to incorporate the needs of our customers and help them manage their mobile advertising campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS
*Expertise in and deep understanding of the latest web technologies
*Strong experience with AngularJS and the surrounding tool chain
*Working experience with database systems and especially NoSQL DBs
*Experience with Python is a great plus
*Java experience is nice to have
