Learning & Development Specialist - A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join highly reputable global and market leading organisation in Dubai.
We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to deliver Corporate IT Training. Applicants must have a good understanding and demonstrable expertise in analysing training requirements, designing and developing IT training courses and learning materials, including online content.
You must have a minimum of 3 years in delivering Corporate IT Training. Professional qualifications in HR (CIPD, Train the Trainer, City and Guilds).
Specialization in one of the following areas is preferred: Aviation, Marketing, Business or HRD related field, Education/Training, Leadership
