Finance/Sales SpecialistFor one of our clients we are looking for Finance/Sales Specialist
We are looking for Finance, Sales and Accounting person to help us with preparation of invoicing, managing contracts, open receivables for non-ASG countries worldwide.
In addition the person should support managing our CRM System, Sales processes and M&O (Finance)
The Sales Backoffice Team (SBO) manages contracts for license, maintenance and small services Agreements for the Business Unit of the client for Human Capital Management. This includes sales assistance, costing and contract setup request with different client's Teams, Billing requests with different Billing Teams, software delivery, Archiving of important documents, open receivables management as well as charge-out bookings. Furthermore contract template management, data maintenance and sales leadership support are handled with the Team
Tasks for Financial/Sales Spezialist specialist:
+open receivables (offene Posten)
+internal communication, coordination of different teams within the company
+sales assistance
+cooperation with partner and customer
+handling/escalation of customer requests
+Reporting
+Assist Sales Back office in request invoices and credit notes, contract fulffillment, filing, creating offers
Skills:
English (mandatory)
German (mandatory)
+commercial education (abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung)
+ability to record, document (“Job Aids”) and follow processes involving distributed teams
+ability to work autonomous and accurate
+ability to work service-orientated and to work in a team
+knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, SAP-FI (Kenntnisse in MS Office, Outlook, SAP-FI)
+knowledge in Sales Back Office
