Project description: Supply Chain Planning Excellence is a cross-functional improvement project with a focus on planning. This existing processes are simplified and enriched by new approaches to planning.
Scope of Work: The project is to Q2/2015 in the Detailed Design Phase, where a detailed concept is created, which is to be subsequently converted into an IT concept.
- Development and validation of a business concept for planning of extraordinary events (1Eevents 1C) and their impact on demand and production requirements, hereinafter referred to as 1EEvent Management 1C
- Tuning the concept in various stages of development to the pilot project in Brazil
- Preparation of information materials to event management for various stakeholders, at global, regional and local levels
- Presentation of information about Event management to stakeholders
- Preparing and conducting workshops for detailing of the concept
- Development of IT concept for the implementation of event management, and identification of training requirements for relevant user groups
- Assessment of implementation costs
- Assistance in the preparation of documents and control circuit of management meetings or presentations
- Creation and update of a stakeholder analysis
- Ongoing collection and mapping of stakeholders in the central stakeholder list
- Implementation of communication and information activities in accordance with the communication plan
- Coordination of content for communication/information with appropriate members of the project team and the project management
