Radio Optimization Engineer - BucharestRadio Optimization Engineer - Radio Optimization Engineer is needed for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company in Romania to be based in Bucharest on a fixed term contract. Start ASAP. Applicants shall be eligible to work in Romania.
Responsibilities:
Make drive test (DT) date collection and call quality test (CQT) data collection for GSM,UMTS or LTE network?
Secure to use the right test methods and test setup?
Analyze logs using tools to produce statistics , make test data statistics and output the test results?
Make DT report and document for test result?
Communicate with customer, improve customer satisfaction?
Identify of non-dominant pilot and sources interference
Network Performance and Capacity Monitoring, Reporting, Analysis, Assessment and Optimization;
Cooperate with other teams for Fault Handling and Performance Management and Optimization
Accept irregular working hours,
Able to adopt frequent travel with irregular working hours
Requirements:
Bachelor degree(or above) in telecommunications, electronics or computer science;
A sense of responsibility in work
Able to adopt frequent travel with irregular working hours
Extrovert and good communication skills;
Fluent in English;
Have driving license are preferred;
