Your Tasks :• Improving the performance of our actual Asterisk Phone-System
• Setup of reporting and online monitoring
• Support of our Voicerecording
• Support the implementation of our new call center system
• Communication with 3rd Party as provider and supplier
Your Profile :
• Very good knowledge of Asterisk
• Linux System-Admistration
• Professional experience in IT support for hotline or call center
• Knowledge of ACD and CTI Systems
• Ruby and PHP Knowledge
• Relevant work experience in network and telephony desirably
• Coordination talent in the field of control of internal and external providers
• Documentation
• German and English
