RNO Team leader - Munich / GER1x RNO Team leader is needed in Munich Germany for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Fluent English and German is required and eligibility to work in Germany. It is on contract basis. Start time is in ASAP.
Responsiblities
Communicating with customer as an Interface of RF team and keeping a good cooperation relationship.
Technical communication and clarification (e.g. RF parameters workshop) with customers and subcontractors.
Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach.
Realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks.
Training and knowledge transfer to team members.
Support project management team.
Help in establishing technical processes.
Other vendors experience is appreciated (E///, NSN, Siemens).
Requirments
Team management skills.
Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) Degree
Experience in RF planning and optimization for the last 10 years.
Experience in Huawei 2G/3G swap project as RF team leader.
Experience in GSM/WCDMA/LTE technologies.
Team spirit and good intercultural/interpersonal communication skills.
Valid driving license in Germany
Fluent in German and English.
