- SAP archive and BFlow Consultant- SAP archive application in combination with BFlow of COI
- documents to be transferred into system:
* via scan (both Kofax Adrenaline as well as directory scan
with scan dialogue
* via SAP archive-link
- following COI BusinessFlow® Packages are installed
* COI-SAP-ArchiveLink 3.1
*ArchiveLink+ (exchange of attributes, subsequent attributes, ChangeFamily)
- interfaces to other systems: SAP
- Other Software
* Adobe Acrobat Standard 6, Standard 7, Standard 8 d and e ,
Professional 8.1d and e, 9 Professional 9 d and e
- PCL printer driver not supported under Windows 7 (to be checked)
- Customizing/configuration to SAP test system
- expert resources in COI and from customers side are a must and to
be scheduled accordingly for this issue
- Test phase of migrated project within test system
* Tests will be conducted according to earlier test schedules from customer,
please see step 1 in test plan
* errors to be communicated via OPL. Beside exact error description
(i.e. listing of exceptions) also screenshots are needed to describe
those errors / bugs in detail
* in order to test archiving and fetching, simulation jukebox is used
* customer also checks, if thumbnail and pre-screens shall be used, pls see
point 5.1
- Bug fixing
* all bugs / issues to be implemented via COI updates
* customer will conduct subsequent tests within short notice
* COI documents status of test phase in status reports on a regular basis
* customer provides information with regard to progress of test phase
(which tests have been done, which still need to be done)
- Customizing / configuration to SAP productive system
* Specialists on COI and from customer needed and to be scheduled for this issue
- Fallback necessary?
* in case of unforeseen issues which cannot be solved within short time during
migration within the productive system, all project managers will discuss the
reactivation of legacy system (see part 7) and will decide accordingly
- Document families:
* exceptions are following families, which shall be removed from the system
incl. all attributes, search dialogues and documents: none
- Functionalities:
Note: COLD configuration will be taken over, but no further customizing resp.
tests are planned for this topic, as COLD import has not been used during the
past years and will most probably not be used in the future
