München: Microsoft Windows Server and Middleware Administrator w/m POSEinsatzort: D8 München
Position description
The role reports directly to Head of GCC GM Windows * Middleware Services
Mainly involved on definition of new infrastructure (i.e. new clusters, new installation related to
projects), complex Server/Middleware architectures and ICT solutions standardization.
Related to technology knowledge and in charge of:
* Change Management, Standardization HW * SW.
* Problem management, 3rd level support (involving Vendors).
* Hardware definition and maintenance.
* Vendor management, Capacity planning, PPM, SAP Administration.
* Middleware platforms (i.e. Hypertube) and Virtual environment high level
configuration.
* QA test definition and execution.
* Audit verification support.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities (should only be considered as examples and job
should not be considered as limited to the following tasks):
* Support and Monitoring
* Test support for change and projects
* Incident Management (ITIL)
* Change Management
* 2nd and 3rd level support
* problem Analysis and solving
* Performance- and Capacity Management of Systems
* Incident- and Problem handling as well as organization and implementation of
technical changes
* Contribution to projects covering implementation of new Application Systems
* Integration of Application Systems into high-availability solutions
* Production assurance, integration of Application Systems into central Monitoring- and
Security services
Person Specification
Knowledge - Deep knowledge of operating system OS W2k8, W2k8 R2
- Knowledge of current Windows Server
Hardware
- Strong Knowledge of VMWare and Citrix
- Strong MS SQL Server und SQL DB
- Strong MS Windows Cluster
- TCPIP, DNS, Printservice, Fileservice, Active Directory
- Knowledge in Websphere MQ and MQFTE,Message Broker
- Working knowledge of Banking business structures
- Very good knowledge of ITIL Incident Management
ITIL Certification

Qualifications /
Training
- University degree in information technologies or equivalent education/experience
Previous Experience - 5-10 years of working experience/ Internships in IT or financial services companies
