Responsibilities:- Conducting research and gathering information from global business process and IT system owners globally as directed regarding internal processes used internally.
- Documenting as is state for processes in word and process flows as appropriate.
- Identifying contacts to work with, conduct meetings with contacts, publish meeting minutes capturing discussion topics and action items for process redesigns.
- Coordinating with business process and IT system owners globally to gather information as required for process redesigns.
- Creating projects timelines and goals for process redesigns.
- Ensuring commitment from internal groups for project deliverables to support projects timelines and goals.
- Reviewing facts and assist with determining next steps in process redesigns.
- Recognizing and highlighting potential problem areas against the project plan and identify alternative strategies.
- Assisting with communications and training for process redesigns.
- Managing weekly status updates for management team.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Project management experience.
- English language, strong verbal and written communications.
- Project execution including cross-cultural teaming.
- Ability to work across large, global organization.
