We are seeking a Hosting Delivery Manager for a 3 month contract position in Alpharetta, GA. The Hosting Delivery Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of datacenter hosting solutions within the company's global ecosystem. Reporting to the Hosting Technical Leader, this position is accountable for ensuring that hosting operational methods, procedures, facilities and tools are established, reviewed and maintained. This position has an involved role in the creation of the technical design, deployment plan and support activities. Additional responsibilities will include partnering with vendors to ensure service level agreements are complete and cost effective

Skills for Hosting Delivery Manager:
BA, BS or Masters degree in a Computer Science or Information systems related discipline required
6+ years of hosting experience in a global organization
Strong preference for Health Care, Medical Device, Manufacturing or other regulated industry experience
4+ years of hands-on experience with server and storage architectures, cloud architectures, security architectures
Demonstrated experience creating project plans, migration plans and task lists
Excellent oral and written communication skills with solid collaboration skills
Strong understand of the infrastructure environments/requirements of business critical applications such as SAP, Hyperion, Salesforce, Office 365, Workday and SharePoint
Proven ability working directly with clients to identify and resolve technical incidents
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays as needed
ITIL knowledge, certification is a plus

Responsibilities for Hosting Delivery Manager:
Manage operational environments, suppliers and logistics relationships, service delivery activities in cooperation with off-site ITS resources, contractors and vendor service providers (provide operational direction and manage as needed)
Ensure availability, security and reliability of systems and networks across
Plan and manage projects involving ITS infrastructure for growth, performance and scalability through the entire SDLC process
Ensure proper and consistent communication to clients and internal leadership (policy and procedures, SLAs, metrics reporting and contractual agreements) - provide performance, ETA and financial KPI to management
Interface with ITS architecture and application teams to understand current and future hosting needs and develop/translate infrastructure requirements
Ensure timely and quality support practices including technical change management, incident management, configuration management, problem management and performance/capacity management are provided
