Test Manager Banking-IT (m/f)We are looking for a Test Manager Banking (IT environment).
Location: Frankfurt a. Main
Duration: by arrangement
Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Contribute to all project phases and activities (requirement specification, development, verification, validation)
- Personal and professional leadership for the test team
- Plan, monitor, control and report of the testing activities and tasks in collaboration with other stakeholders
- Devise the test objectives, organizational test strategies and test plans
- Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites
- Ensure proper configuration management of the object under test produced and traceability of the tests to the test basis
- Check if the test environment is ready before test execution, and also manage the environment during test execution
- Schedule the execution of tests and then monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions
- Review of the technical documents including requirement specification, design documents, test case specifications etc
- Actively communicate with the developers and other stakeholders during the software development life cycle
Experience/Exposure:
- Test management experience in the banking sector mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience in testing complex systems
- Enterprise IT background / experience required
- Knowledge of Quality Management tools and techniques
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organization
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in a wide variety of testing techniques
- Good understanding of software development processes
- Accurate and structured working method
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Planning and management skills
