Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2883 for a PMO for IT Infrastructure/application enhancementProject environment
A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for a PMO, working in a strong and close collaboration with the Head of Rollout Management, and the Rollout Management Team.
Tasks
•Support and drive Zero Impact Maintenance (ZIM) concept study in an organised and methodical manner.
•Conceptualise and drive workshops/collaboration meetings with experts/mgmt.
•Define what can be feasibly achieved giving regular updates to a sounding board.
•Define services, processes (KPI, SLA, SOP, etc.) where identified.
•Bring in their knowledge and experience for strong contribution toward the goal of ZIM.
•Prepare presentation slides for mgmt. meetings and give updates to mgmt.
•Defined deliverables are achieved within the given timeframe.
Requirements
•Bachelor degree in natural sciences/informatics or equivalent experience in IT.
•Good communications skills.
•Strong project skills with a view to seeing a project from start to finish.
•Good command of English (German also beneficial).
•Service and Process oriented.
•Good understanding of application and infrastructure dependencies.
•Good knowledge of service process management (ITIL).
•Excellent in MS-Office tools.
•Proven experience in the area of IT Infrastructure/application enhancement.
•Experience in configuration management and complexity of platforms.
•Successful implementation of projects related to optimisation of Infrastructure & application maintenance.
•Proven experience in process engineering and documentation.
•Cloud knowledge.
