Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell einen Business Analyst (m/w) - IT Security.

The Forensic Operations team is being launched as a new service within the CISO Cyber Security function of the company, responsible for forensic response investigations, forensic services and other support of security incidents, issues and threats.
The Business Analyst works with stakeholders from all relevant parts of the organisation (CISO, Group Data Protection, Legal etc) and related third parties to define and document business processes and requirements for traditional (local) and remote forensics.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software.
• Identify and validate the key business requirements.
• Map existing/planned software solutions and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements and map to the procedures.
• Document the impact of all changes and support the implementation process.
• Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
• This role will convert the operational procedures into training material
Skills:
• Business analysis, financial services and Cyber Security experience
• An awareness of quality management tools and techniques
• A degree-level education (or equivalent) in business, economics or computer science is a must
• Ability to identify and interpret stakeholder needs and requirements
• German and English language skills to business standard are vital.
• Requires excellent communication skills at all levels
• Pro-active self-starter with a can-do attitude who can work with minimal supervision.
• Technical Author experience
• MS Office with experience of documenting level 2 and level 3 procedures.
• Ability to identify and align roles and responsibilities both within and between control functions and operations
• Experience of designing target operating models
• Experience of seeking approval at senior management levels
