A leading name in telecoms require an Avaya Engineer who has experience with Session Manager (SM), Communication Manager (CM) and System Manager (SMGR).
This person must be able to perform the following tasks:
Maintenance tasks - shutdown procedures, startup, user account creation, best practices in terms of daily monitoring/checks, swapping core in a duplex scenario, patching and license updates SIP Endpoint (phones) setup and troubleshooting.
Optional skills include:
Aura Messaging troubleshooting, AES experience, Vectoring experience, CMS experience, ANS, AA Conferencing and WFO.
The candidate will need to be based in New York.
