For our client we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f)
Aufgaben:
- Responsibility for coordination of all project activities (such as IT processes, systems, infrastructure)
which are resulting from Mergers and Divestments
- Performing high-level analysis of our business and technologies and developing strategies for
shaping and scoping IT projects and to carry out change management
- Responsiblity for licence and contract management in alignment with our legal and M&A department
- Responsibility for IT-related activities as part of the different workstreams, such as access rights, local
IT systems and infrastructure
- Guiding the projects through the stages of the merger & divestment phases, determine milestones
and inform our senior management
- Coordinating with the business units
Skills:
- 6-8 years experience with technology projects
- 4-6 years business mergers / acquisition and divestiture experience
- Good financial management skills, proven ability to develop robust business cases, experience of
managing project and cost center budgets
- Strong influencing, communications and networking skills, in verbal and written forms in an
international context. Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with other members of
the program/project management team, senior managers and other stakeholders, the project teams
and third-party service providers.
- Necessary experience and seniority to be able to take on the responsibilities required of the role.
Expert knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs/projects, including
risk management.
- Expert knowledge of at least one project management methodology , e.g. PMI, PRINCE2.
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools and theories e.g. MS Project.
