Business Consultant needed urgently for a large banking organisation in Bradford.

As a Technical Business Consultant in Product Solutions you will be the Subject Matter Expert for PPI, Advice and remediation projects across the company. Working with Senior Managers you will help to drive improvements and enhance the BAU PPI & Advice complaint handling process and ultimately the wider customer experience.

You will support the Programme/Governance Managers ensuring strict governance and change control frameworks are adhered to and co-ordinate the implementation of change. Building strong working relationships with stakeholders you will drive improvements to enhance the complaint handling process whilst ensuring the correct customer outcome is achieved. You will analyse the information relating to the operation and present them in report format, highlighting any issues to management.

Skills:
Sound financial services/business knowledge developed over a number of years working in within the Financial Services
Technical/operational experience in a regulated complaints environment
Sound knowledge of the FCA rule book and associated regulatory codes
PPI & Advice Complaints industry knowledge
Previous experience in complaint handling operations & project management
Well-developed analytical, investigation, report writing and presentation skills
Ability to use Powerpoint, Excel and Word to an advanced level

Responsibilities
Identify problems/issues and develop effective strategies to deliver improvements
Create Business Requirement and Technical documents (eg. DDPs) arising from analysis and liaise with stakeholders and IT to gain support for initiatives that drive change
Analyse data and prepare standard MI reports with relevant data to aid management decision-making
Assists in the development of efficient processes for BAU & remediations
Responds to escalated internal enquiries, working with stakeholders to establish the most appropriate solution available
Delivers small projects and administration of major projects so that all information is kept up to date and coordinated on behalf of the team
Co-ordinate and facilitate Programme/Project planning/Governance meetings
Assist in monitoring Programme/Project expenditure (eg Goods and Services)
Work with programme/governance and project teams as appropriate in order to support assurance activities
Configuration management (eg Document Management)
Ensuring adherence to Quality Standards
Progression of actions
Arranging meetings and refreshments
Booking training events and courses
Co-ordinating Programme/Governance/Project Team member inductions within project environment
