Project Manager (Service Management/ServiceNow) required by large Investment Bank, based in London, to project manage the implementation of the Incident Management stream. The target is to migrate on to the ServiceNow platform. The scope includes the migration of all APIs required post-migration, as well as the decommissioning of ITSM 7.

You will have recent and extensive Investment Banking experience coupled with exposure to Service Management systems like ServiceNow (SNOW) and the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle). Extensive experience as an IT-Project Manager in medium to large projects. Have a good process background coupled with ITIL foundation. Excellent communication/presentation (oral and written) and report writing skills. Experience leading technical teams & achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly (eg from other departments, external suppliers etc). High degree of flexibility with a "can do" attitude, able to work effectively with limited level of instruction and supervision. Able to manage conflict and experience of dealing with senior management. You will need to be proactive, driven and energetic.
