• Experience of at least 2 years in complex technological environments.
o Apple Certified Associate
o Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP )
o RedHat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
• ITIL Foundation Certified
• Advanced knowledge of the technological environments:
• Desktop Support (Linux, Mac, Windows)
• Printer & Plotter support
• Antivirus Infrastructure (Macfee)
• Desktop Tools: Frontrange, RemoteDesktop
• Mobile devices support: Tablets & Smartphone
• Initiative
• Teamwork
• Problem solving
• Planning
• Customer Service
• Meeting of Deadlines
• Organisation
• Analysis
