2 Great Permanent Positions open for Procurement Managers with 3 years experience in a procurement position in the Telecommunications field. The role will be based in Dusseldorf, Germany with 30% travel in Germany. Excellent Perm Salary. Working for a Market leading Telecommunications company. Candidate must be fluent German and English.

Key Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering with a major of telecommunications or business/management degree
- At least 3 year's work experience in a procurement position in telecommunication field
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
- Excellent communication skills and social ability
- Fluency in English and German language
- Must be eligible to live and work in EU
Responsibilities:
- Engineering procurement incl. supplier sourcing, selection and management
- Procurement strategy
- Supplier performance evaluation, portfolio management
- Commercial negotiation, contract negotiation
- Supplier relationship management
- Ensure cost efficiency & lead-time for sourcing part
- Telecom project procurement implementation
