Location: 50km next to Munich. Ability to travel internationally to Europe / US without significant visa restrictions

Project description:
The Business Intelligence (BI) SPACE PMO Lead is responsible for the coordination and management of the SPACE Analytics program and the associated implementations. The focus of a BI SPACE PMO Lead is to be the single point of contact for the SPACE project team for the coordination of all aspects of the Analytical program, including the management of the timings, budget, and resourcing and communication plan. The SPACE PMO is also responsible for coordinating Data warehouse, ETL and Qlikview streams during project implementation. Finally the SPACE PMO will also have direct responsibility for the project management of some of the key projects being delivered
Task description:
- Manage the roadmap of the SPACE Analytics program
- Project management of high-visibility BI projects within the SPACE and Commercial Operations area
- Manages and coordinates the project requirements for the development and implementation of the Analytics component of the SPACE area, including the coordination the resourcing, and budgeting.
- Ensure any additions or changes to the SPACE Analytics roadmap are managed correctly, with identification and reporting of inter-dependencies and risks to the relevant stakeholders
- Single point of contact for the SPACE project team for any project-information within the SPACE Analytics program.
- Maintain and be able to communicate the program status and roadmap for the entire SPACE program, including project-level information on status, risks, resourcing and business involvement
- Participate in Core Governance activities, whereby :
- Provides status updates and detailed SPACE project information
- Validates and approves every requirements for the SPACE Analytics area
- Is working with the Service team to be informed and aware of all BI incidents within the SPACE area raised within the Support team
- Maintenance and knowledge of the portfolio of the different SPACE solutions available within SPACE area including the technical scenarios that they follow and ensure these are effectively communicated internally and to the BI customers
- Work and Coordinate the Tier 3 Support escalations from the BI Service team
- Work and coordinate the integration between SAP BW, BODS and CRM
- Align with the BW Architecture to identify right interfacing needs and enable developers to set them up in the system
