Duties & Responsibilities
IMS node monitoring
Operational technical support
On call SA rota
Operational management support
2nd & 3rd level support
IMS dashboard monitoring
RCA & incident management
Customer Service Request (fault reports) handling
Architectural support
Configuration management
Candidate Skills & Requirements
Sound understanding and knowledge on IMS Networks Architecture and routing protocols involved
Knowledge on industry standards on reactive and proactive support
Strong drive to further set up missing elements of Network Assurance Program
Eagerness to improve existing services to achieve best in class quality
Setting and agreeing strategic direction of the programm with all key stakeholders internally & externally
Ability to perform day2day operations on both high & low level activities
Clear & concise communication skills, ability to interact on C-Level stage
On site presence close to 100
Candidate need to love operations
GERMAN LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE is a must.
