Field Service Engineer (High Priority Contract Requirement) Location options - Hamburg, Bremen, Eschborn, Kaiserslautern, Cologne Responsibilities:
- First line support with necessary expertise to resolve issues escalated from First line diagnostics
- Corrective Maintenance is carried out to fix or adjust significant equipment defects and failures, including the required replacement of units, boards, components, modules.
- Field Maintenance staff will be located in the specified places according to network distribution
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Wireless (GSM/UMTS) experience
- Experienced on Wireless network
- Experienced on BTS/Nodeb installation, commissioning, integration, testing and maintenance
- Experienced to use Nokia Mobile Network tools
- Knowledge of transmission systems
- Experienced on troubleshooting of GSM/UMTS wireless network
