Your tasks:
- Installation of the water purification devices devices and user trainings on customer site
- Executing servicing / maintenance and repairs of the devices
- Dealing with customer requirements
- Handling technical questions
- Sales support regarding technical questions
- Executing trainings and seminars for customers in French and/or English
- Transfer customer requirements to product developers
- Sales oriented customer service
Your qualifications
- Technical formation
- Interested in field service
- Good command of English and French
- Service and customer orientated
