Service Manager ITIL (Banking - Governance) 6 Month Contract
A world renowned banking client is looking for a dedicated Service Manager to join the business to help manage the transition of critical projects in to BAU support.
Essential requirements:
- Strong experience in business critical incident Management across multiple application types and business systems.
- Evidence of managing large multiple teams 20+ FTE across various sites
- Ability to present formally to senior stake holders
- Familiarity with ITIL Service Management Principles
