Project Director - Western EuropeManning Global is urgently looking for a Project Director for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, to be based in Dusseldorf.

Responsibilities:
Strong ability to manage program, be responsible and goal oriented and be able to lead a multinational
team members to reach goals.
? Program manager, to lead and manage a group of projects in multiple countries within WEU
to reach the program management target.
? Customer communication management, to make program report and presentation to
introduce the program status
? Internal coordination with relevant Business Unit to support the program operation
? Project P/L and contract management, be able to manage project P/L and contract terms
conditions improvement.
? Case sharing; summarize projects experience to make the project management case to share
in all units.
? Strong communication capability and skill be able to make project report and presentation to
customers.
? Complaint management, identify and alert the project risk and be responsible to handle the
customer complain in account level.
? Be capable to perform competition management in the program operation.
? Project support, in beginning project phase to support projects ramp up or involve in project
crisis management, in special case to support project management.
Requirement for candidates:
? 10+ years working experience in project management in Telecommunciations
? Preference in Wireless project (swap, Turnkey, new build, etc).
? A good understanding of Managed Services
? Have managed Level A company and/or country level projects/programs.
? Possess good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
? High level communication capability, be able to have dialogue with CXO
? Fluent in English language (both written and oral). Additional language is preferred like Spanish,
Italian
