Our client is a large and well respected manufacturer of Medical Devices with an emphasis on Orthopaedics products. They are currently seeking aTraining Specialist
ASAP - (possibility for an extension: high)
The responsibilities of this position include:
* Support the overall learning and development needs of the sites
* Provide oversight and analysis to managers and supervisors when defining training requirements.
* to provide learning solutions and ensure personnel are adequately trained to perform their assigned responsibilities
* Perform a review of all training requirements once position descriptions have been updated
* Ensure training documentation is up-to-date, accurate and retrievable
* Assist with deployment of all training - including logistical support, data management, scheduling, in classroom assistance, and data entry as needed.
* Demonstrate an understanding of the training processes and methodology in order
- Experience in a similar position
- Technical Background
- Able to follow change management for internal guidelines
- Working experience within the Medical Device industry
- good knowledge of Excel
- German & English
