My client is looking for a HR Business Partner to support and up skill managers in resolving their employee related problems. They will also provide a service focused on service excellence to the Business Managers.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all actions are executed legally and meet the HR Statement of work and associated SLA's. The Business Partner will also be responsible for carrying out casework relating to disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance management as well as supplying evaluations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for other HR related projects such as redundancy packages and restructuring practise's.
Key Skills:
- Strong generalist HR experience
- Excellent business awareness
- Deep understanding of employment law
- Extensive experience with people management
- Consulting experience would be beneficial.
