Manning Global, is urgently looking for Implementation Coordinator for our client, a prestigious
international Telecommunications company, to be based in Germany.

Job description:
The role of a Implementation Coordinator consists in execution and coordination of all regional
rollout activities on site by site basis (or link basis, or cluster basis) internal as well as
customer projects with the aim to satisfy customer requirements and to reach the project
goals.
Implementation Coordinator takes over the endtoend
responsibility regarding technical
execution and order fulfillment. He/she acts as a direct operational interface towards the
customer and all involved subcontractors during the execution of all rollout relevant project
activities.
The Implementation Coordinator is endtoend
in charge of the single orders of a project.
Therefore he is responsible for observation of the deadlines, interception of costs and
securing of quality from placing the order to closing announcement. He/she has the authority
to give directives towards the executing forces of the subcontractor and is accountable to the
project management and line management.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Endtoend
responsibility with respect to technical execution and order fulfillment
Taking full cost responsibility for his/her respected sites/links/cluster.
Cost efficient coordination of all internal and external resources which are required for the
installation and integration of network elements (fixed network and/or mobile) in the
telecommunications area incl. all other stakeholders like (BNetzA, landlord, authorities).
Interception and steering of construction progress with reference to meeting one’s deadlines,
costs and quality specifications as well as responsibility for internal inventory control.
Review, control and revise (if needed) of performance records and consumption certificates
of the involved subcontractors as well as relevant negotiations and preparation of subsequent
payment runs.
Responsibility regarding compiling and handing over the site documentation to the customer
in due time.
To act as customer interface and to interact regularly with the customer to offer additional
services quickly and flexibly and to generate new or additional business.
First contact person with regard to customer escalations and therefore warranty of
outstanding customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Basic requirement is a professional qualification in the field of IT or communication
technology, a technical / businessmanagement
university degree or a comparable
qualification.
Experience as Service Coordinator or Project Manager or multiannual experience as Field
Technician or Construction Manager is highly recommended
Required skills are:
Good knowledge regarding construction activities during installation of telecommunication
network and the components.
Basic project management skills (time, cost, quality).
Experience with reference to subcontractor management, coordination of internal resources
and with interaction with customers within the telecommunications area.
Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).
Tools: MS Office, Adobe, SAP, Site Handler.
